Calling all teen animal lovers! Teenagers 14 to 17 years of age are welcome to participate in our junior volunteer program. Fill out our junior volunteer form (download the form at www.westchesteranimalshelter.org), have it signed by a parent or guardian and return it to the shelter. You will then need to attend a junior volunteer orientation, which is held at the shelter on the second Sunday of each month. The orientation is about an hour long and will provide an introduction to our junior volunteer program. Parents do not need to be in attendance, although the signed volunteer form must be brought to the orientation.
